YourWayCRM came to us with a clear problem: their users — coaches, consultants, and service professionals — were juggling separate tools for calendars, email, client notes, and billing. Every handoff between tools meant lost context and wasted time.

The client needed a unified platform that felt like it was built around their specific workflows, not a generic tool they had to adapt to.

Tech stack

Built for reliability and speed

We chose a battle-tested stack that allows for fast iteration while providing the reliability a live business tool demands. Laravel 12 handles the domain logic and multi-tenancy, Livewire drives the interactive frontend without a separate SPA to maintain, and Filament powers the admin and back-office panels. Queue workers handle everything asynchronous — appointment reminders, WhatsApp and email sends, PDF generation.

Payments run through Laravel Cashier on Stripe, Greek tax receipts are issued via the AADE myDATA API, and OpenAI powers the assistive features. The whole thing ships as a Docker image deployed through Coolify.
