A Greek-first practice management platform for psychologists, therapists and small clinics. Appointments, client records, online booking and automated reminders in one place — written in Greek, for Greek practices.
Small therapy practices in Greece had two options, and neither fitted. Paper diaries and a phone, which fall apart the moment a practice takes on a second therapist. Or international practice-management software, priced per seat in dollars and translated into Greek badly, if at all.
Neither handled the things that actually matter locally: Greek-language client communication, Greek invoicing expectations, and the reality that most Greek clients confirm appointments over WhatsApp rather than email.
Greek is the primary language throughout — every screen, every email, every reminder — with English available rather than the other way round. The interface uses the vocabulary therapists already use.
The second decision was to make a practice reachable without a website. Every practice gets a public booking page on its own subdomain, and an embeddable widget for practices that already have a site.
Laravel 12 with Filament 4 for the practice panel, Livewire 3 for interactivity and Tailwind 4 for the interface. MySQL underneath, Stripe for billing and payments.
Every practice is a tenant, isolated at the query level rather than by convention, so one practice can never see another's client records. Wildcard DNS and per-tenant TLS give each practice a real address of its own.
Automated reminders cut the two costs of a missed session: the hour itself, and the phone calls spent confirming appointments that were never in doubt.
Online booking means enquiries arriving outside working hours turn into appointments instead of voicemails — the point at which most small practices lose clients.
And because every practice is tenant-isolated, a practice can add a colleague without renegotiating anything about how its data is stored.
We build multi-tenant SaaS products end to end — from the first schema to the deployment pipeline.
