These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the terms of any engagement: work we carry out for a client is governed by a separate signed agreement, which takes precedence over anything on this page.

You are welcome to read this site, and to contact us through it. Please do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, or use it to send unlawful or abusive material.

The text, design, code and graphics on this site belong to Zeromonad unless stated otherwise. You may link to the site and quote reasonable extracts with attribution. You may not republish it wholesale or present it as your own.

Client names, product names and logos shown in our work belong to their respective owners and appear here to describe work we have done.

The project pages describe work we have built and the capabilities those products have. They are descriptions of past work, not a promise that any future project will produce a particular result. Any figures shown relate to the project described and to the circumstances of that client.

Sending us an enquiry, and our replying to it, does not create a contract or any obligation on either side. A project begins when both parties sign a written agreement setting out scope, timeline and price.

We aim to keep this site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or remove content at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this site or from reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Where we link to other sites, we do so for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

These terms are governed by Greek law, and the courts of Greece have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
